You could pay another mediator up to $800 per hour.  We charge $300 per hour (generally split among the parties) or you can select a flat fee option:

• $1,000 per party for disputes up to $100,000 in controversy, with a maximum of 8 hours of mediation
• $1,600 per party for disputes up to $250,000 in controversy, with a maximum of 8 hours of mediation
• $2,000 per party for disputes up to $500,000 in controversy, with a maximum of 8 hours of mediation
